I’m so grateful and thankful with this clinic, I’m from the Bronx and came all the way to them and let me tell you it was worth it. They saved my baby girl dog life! They are very professional and on point with everything. Pricey but totally worth it!! I totally recommend this clinic.

We were blown away by how well things went here. We made it here stressed out and looking for solutions. We're given options, had details explained to us, and feel much better about the situation. Our cat needed overnight monitoring and they couldn't assist, but they did provide us with amazing options. We've been to many other veterinarians over the years, and this has been the very best (All things considered) experience yet. We've chosen HUB Veterinary Group as our new primary veterinarian.

I used to go to this vet in Rye for the longest time (I won’t mention which…) and saying this comparison is like apples to oranges would be an understatement. Hub Vet Group has truly been an incredible experience and my only regret is not going to them sooner. They are super easy to talk to and had me in with my cat Myska by the next business day. They are very compassionate, caring, transparent, communicative, informative, and quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. Truly a 10/10 experience I can not recommend them enough. Thank you for regaining my trust and hope in vet clinics and for loving my pet as much as I do. P.S when the vet brought my cat back singing Myska Mooska from the Mickey Mouse Club house that’s when I knew it was true love at first sight 😍

The place is very clean and staff were very nice and caring. We came in as walk in, but it is more so for emergency situations, which it wasn’t for us, but it would have needed to charge as if it were one. The receptionist was very supportive in giving us options though. She said the next availability for regular checkups was in a few days and I was going to accept that already, but she went beyond and checked if they would be able to get us in the same day and they said they can see us, which was much appreciated since there would be snow coming soon. We didn’t wait too long to get called and for the doctor to come in. After the checkups for our kittens, they showed what they were charging for with the prices. Having an option to use a payment plan (if approved) was very helpful too and I had no issues so far. I also saw an interaction with other customers who expressed their gratitude to the clinic in caring for their pet. Had a good experience for first time there and hope it continues. Would recommend.

I’m so grateful for the amazing care this animal hospital has given my pregnant dog and my kitten. They always respond right away whenever I have questions and consistently check in to see how my pets are doing. The staff is kind, professional, and truly cares about the animals they treat. They also work with your budget, which makes a big difference. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a veterinary team that is compassionate, responsive, and reliable.

I brought my 1 year old Siberian cat to Hub for her annual appointment. From the moment you step in the door you feel comfortable. The staff is kind, the nurse and doctor are amazing. I know my fur baby is in good hands and getting a thorough check up in as much of a non stress way they can (for both patient and owner!)

HUB was amazing- as usual. They were gentle and kind with my scared rescue pup and spent time making sure we understood the vaccine protocol for her. The front staff are helpful and Courtney the owner is on top of all the cases and makes sure everyone gets attention. The price point is much better than any other vet I've seen in the area.

My 10-year-old lab mix Mercy was experiencing a severe allergic reaction, resulting in excruciating hives all over her body. Since our vet was closed and they accepted walk-ins at the HUB, I decided to take her there. The receptionist was incredibly friendly and assured me that they would see her right away. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised to find no wait time, and my dog was promptly admitted. The veterinarian was exceptionally caring and took the time to thoroughly explain the situation with my dog. My overall experience at the HUB was nothing short of exceptional.I am incredibly grateful for their exceptional care and attention to my dog, Mercy. Considering the urgency of the matter, their prices were quite reasonable. I am so impressed with their services that I am committed to switching to the HUB for all my future pets’ needs. Thank you for taking care of my Mercy girl. She’s feeling like her usual self again!

The Best Vet I have come across. I called their office and they gave me an appointment for the same day, The ladies on the phone are super nice and very accommodating . We had our first evaluation , The nurse reviewed his discharge paperwork from another facility. The Vet came in they examined him, went over a care plan with me. The front desk staff provided fees, and discussed financing options with a few institutions I was so surprised the cost was 75% less than what I was charged at ASC, I was able to apply for a loan and approved. The HUB is an Amazing Veterinary Practice. Everyone has been very caring and attentive to not only my Pet but very kind to me, they listen to your concerns and address all questions. I am so happy with the care being provided for my furry Baby, and will continue to use their services, I highly recommend to everyone!!!!! Thank you ALL @ “The HUB”

My dog Vale had an eye emergency, and the team was able to fit us in immediately. From the moment we arrived, everyone was so kind, caring, and compassionate. They took amazing care of Vale and treated her with so much love, which really helped put my mind at ease during a stressful situation. The facility was also very clean and well maintained. I’m so grateful for the excellent care we received and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a veterinary team that truly cares about their patients.
